I came in Friday just to browse and I was immediately greeted by Sima.

She was very friendly and super nice to deal with. Wasn’t pushy and she kept it casual and very human. I didn’t feel pressured by her at all but I was a bit embarrassed to grab a hotdog and a drink knowing I wasn’t too serious yet… In context I was looking at a used ioniq 5 at another dealer the same day and the guy told me I was wasting time just browsing before I sold my old vehicle.

Sima knew I was just looking around and not too serious about purchasing from the dealer but I ended up doing it because it was the nicest experience had shopping around. I ended up getting a great deal on a used 2021 Ford Mustang Mach e and delivery was on my own time even if it meant her staying a bit later to make sure I drove away happy. She didn’t really need to 🥲.

She also didn’t mind showing us some of the brand new mach e’s they had on a crazy deal and even let us test drive them so we could compare old vs new.
